Fees & Billing
Mr. Smith understands that legal expenses are a concern to early stage companies and encourages open communication regarding invoices. Like his clients, Mr. Smith operates a lean shop which allows him to maintain a reasonable and realistic fee policy and works with clients to devise the most equitable billing system for their individual needs. Fees are always agreed to up-front and bills are timely and detailed, with specific work, flat rate or hourly charges and expenses clearly spelled out.
