Mr. Smith has been a lawyer and entrepreneur for more than 18 years during which he has developed a well deserved reputation for skillfulness, creativity, dilligence and integrity.  His primary specialty is estate planning and administration law.  He will work with you to develop an estate plan that will safely leverage the maximum benefits of pertinent laws.  By utilizing various trusts, wills and/or other instruments, Mr. Smith will arrange for the conservation, investment, use, management and transfer of your assets during lifetime and after death.

Mr. Smith also represents policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies.  [See representative insurance cases]  He has represented entities and individuals in coverage cases arising from virtually all types of insurance policies including Commercial General Liability, Errors and Omissions, Directors & Officers, Homeowners, Automobile, Fire, Life, Health, Disability, Employee Dishonesty, Surety Bonds, Property Damage, Advertising Injury, Construction, Environmental and Product Liability.

Mr. Smith has founded and served as an officer and boardmember of several companies and understands the business and common sense needs of his clients.  He has prepared many commercial documents for clients such as distribution agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, mergers and acquisitions and private equity placements.  He also represents clients involved in international trade with such issues as letters of credit, customs and shipping.
