Ensure Assets Go To People You Choose After Death

There are two ways to make sure that your property goes to people you choose after death, not people chosen by the state:

  § A Will:  This tool will clearly spell out who you want to receive your property and who you want to exclude;

  § A Revocable Living Trust:  This tool will also identify who should and should not receive your property after you pass.
